Terms of service
Last updated 18 October 2026
These terms apply when an organisation uses a service from Tribulus Development AB. Today that is Adzup. Adomnio CRM and Adomnio Studio will be added here, or are covered by the customer agreement.
Who the terms are between
The terms are an agreement between Tribulus Development AB, org. nr 559142-9294, Sweden ("Tribulus", "we") and the organisation that orders or signs up for the service ("the customer", "you"). The person who accepts them confirms that they may do so for the organisation.
The services are for businesses and other organisations, including public bodies. They are not offered to consumers.
A signed agreement comes first
If you and we have signed a separate agreement, for example after a public procurement, that agreement and its data processing agreement apply. These terms then cover only what the signed agreement does not. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.
The service
Adzup is a cloud service to schedule content, run campaigns and manage display panels and players. What your subscription includes is shown when you buy it, or is set out in your order or agreement.
We keep developing the service and may change, add or remove features. We will not remove a main part of what you pay for during a paid period without telling you in advance.
Some parts depend on things we do not control: your panels and players and their makers' software, your network, Microsoft sign-in, and partners such as programmatic ad exchanges you choose to connect.
Accounts and administrators
Your organisation gets its own space in Adzup with one or more administrators. The administrators decide who has access and with which role, in Adzup or through your own Microsoft Entra directory.
- Each account is for one person. Do not share sign-in details.
- You are responsible for what is done with your organisation's accounts, and for removing access for people who should no longer have it.
- Tell us without delay if you suspect that an account is misused.
Acceptable use
You and your users may not use the service to:
- show or store content that breaks the law or another person's rights, such as copyright, trademarks, marketing law or data protection law;
- try to reach other customers' data, or parts of the service you have not been given access to;
- test, probe or get around the security of the service without our written permission;
- overload or disrupt the service, or send malicious code through it;
- copy, decompile or reverse engineer the software, except where the law allows it;
- resell the service or make it available to others than your own organisation, unless we have agreed to it.
You are responsible for what plays on your screens, including the advertising rules of the places where they stand.
Your content
Your content is everything you and your users put into the service: files, playlists, campaigns, screens, stores, users and the records the service keeps for you, such as proof of play.
You keep all rights to your content. You give us the right to store, copy, convert, send and show it, only as far as we need to run the service for you, support you and keep it secure. We do not use your content for anything else.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to put the content into the service and show it on your screens.
Subscriptions and payment
- The price, plan and billing period are the ones shown when you buy, or the ones in your order or agreement. Prices exclude VAT.
- Self-service subscriptions are paid by card through Stripe, our payment provider. Stripe handles the card details; we never see the full card number.
- A subscription renews for the same period until it is cancelled. Cancel before the renewal date to stop the next period. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Fees for a period that has started are not refunded. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- We may change the price for future periods. We tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you, and you may cancel before then.
- If a payment fails and is not settled after a reminder, we may suspend the service until it is.
Availability and maintenance
We work to keep the service available at all hours, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of interruptions or errors. We plan maintenance for times when it disturbs least, and tell you in advance when it will affect you noticeably.
These terms set no availability level. A separate agreement may set one.
Support
Support is given by e-mail to info@tribulusdevelopment.com on Swedish working days. We do not promise a response time. A separate agreement may set one.
Personal data
Our privacy statement at tribulusdevelopment.com/privacy explains what personal data we handle and why.
For the personal data you put into the service, such as your staff's accounts and your content, you are the controller and we are your processor. We handle it only to provide the service and on your instructions. A data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR is part of every customer agreement. Contact us for it.
Confidentiality
Each party keeps the other's confidential information secret and uses it only for the agreement. This does not apply to information that is public, that the party already had, or that must be disclosed by law or by a public authority. For a public body, the rules on public access to official documents apply.
Our rights
The service, its software, design and documentation belong to Tribulus or its licensors. During the subscription you may use the service for your own organisation. You get no other rights to it.
If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them without obligation to you.
What we promise
We provide the service with care and skill. Apart from what these terms or a signed agreement say, we give no promises about the service, for example that it suits a particular purpose or is free of errors.
Limitation of liability
- Neither party is liable for indirect loss, such as lost profit, revenue or business, or for lost data beyond what can be restored from backup.
- Our total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event that caused the loss.
- The limits do not apply to loss caused by intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow them.
- A claim must be made in writing without undue delay after the loss was, or should have been, discovered.
Neither party is liable for a failure caused by something outside its reasonable control, such as a power or network failure, a fault at a supplier outside our control, a cyber attack we could not reasonably prevent, war, strike or a decision by a public authority.
Suspension and termination
- You can cancel your subscription at any time, to the end of the period you have paid for.
- We may suspend an account or the service, as little as needed, if payment is overdue after a reminder, if the use breaks these terms, or if it puts the service or others at risk. We restore access once the cause is fixed.
- Either party may end the agreement if the other seriously breaks it and does not put it right within 30 days of a written notice.
- We may end a subscription that renews, to the end of a period, with at least 90 days' notice.
Your data after the end
If you ask us within 30 days after the agreement ends, we export your content and records and send them to you. You can also ask us to delete your data before then.
Within 90 days after the end we delete your organisation's data. Backups are overwritten on their own schedule. We keep only what the law requires, such as accounting records.
Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We tell you by e-mail or in the service at least 30 days before a change that matters to you applies. If you do not accept it, you may cancel before it applies. The date at the top shows the version in force.
Law and disputes
Swedish law applies. Disputes are settled by Swedish courts.
